Important: This product is available only in select countries. Please note that the branded shoebox is the main packaging box for the shoes. Dents and scratches can be expected.

Please note that our shoes are set to US sizes by default. Use our size guide to find the right size for other countries!

Handling time

Will usually ship within 3 business days of receiving cleared payment. Since orders are made to order, make sure that all address information is correct prior to placing your order. Items may be returned if the product is damaged. 

Unfortunately, we do not ship to these areas. Crimea, Luhansk, and Donetsk regions in Ukraine, Russia, Belarus, Ecuador, Cuba, Iran, Syria, and North Korea. 

Due to the impacts related to the Covid-19 pandemic and other unrelated service disruptions, our shipping carriers also don’t offer international shipping to the following countries (last updated on Oct 26, 2022):

Afghanistan, Bhutan, Brunei, Chad, Laos, Libya, Mongolia, Samoa, South Sudan, Timor-Leste, Turkmenistan, and Yemen.
